one thing you learn from making a lot of things is that the nitty gritty details, the millions of tiny invisible decisions, ARE the art. The "higher level ideas" are not nearly as important or interesting

I keep saying. Letting non-technical people use AI coding tools is like letting a toddler drive a bobcat.
Every time I see an ad that's like "Wow! Claude lets Stacy from HR write an app!" I get a sense of dread.

It'll never not be funny to me that Sony is clearly unable to get into Nozomi Entertainment's YouTube channel, given that they have been unable to update it and take down stuff that the licenses clearly expired on.
