So many inspiring talks today at #SLS26! It was great to present my and @tadseymour.bsky.social work on carpel development and have many interesting chats. Thank you so much, looking forward to tomorrow!
Martina de Angelis (University of Bristol) shares fascinating research at #SLS26 studying how carpels are shaped, showing that dorsoventral patterning genes that shape other plant organs are also expressed during carpel morphogenesis, suggesting a partially conserved developmental program.
