LLMs can be useful in specific domains and use cases by enterprises and professionals. My industry is one of those use cases.
However, even in these specific use cases, the ethics of using them is extremely fraught. We all know about these considerations for art, of course.

I have to use LLMs for my job.
I do not believe that there is a legitimate use case for LLMs aimed at consumers or students that doesn’t boil down to fraud, cheating, or theft.
The reason people hate LLMs is because corporations are forcing them into everything, in use cases that suck at.

I will say this is the most demoralized I've been about the lore since Korthia. Gameplay is as good as it has been since at least DF but retail is SHACKLED to the aggressive mediocrity of its lore/flavor.
