Love your zine, @louisapreston.bsky.social !
A #sharpies26 highlight was Beth Driscoll’s keynote, choosing my reader avatar - and trying to visualise it very sketchily (eh-hem). Another delight was making my zine program which was handily supplied by SHARP, which I then hand bound into my little note-sketch book for the conference!

Mark Lester encouraging us to look in both directions from our normal period (past/future) for comparisons/inspiration is right on the money. This is what I love about book history and SHARP, you hear/read research on a completely different area/period, and it totally changes your work

I’m laughing listening to Priyasha Mukhopadhyay talk about her sources’ letters writing about how many letters and forms they have to write to get even small things done.

I work in a library in a university. This is deeply relatable.
