Every time I think about how we got dinged for steam deck (and now steam machine) it pisses me off. Now we have corporations regulating the fucking font size in our games? Fuck you! We made a design choice and we are not changing it to your "standards". Games are still art right? Right?

A lot of people pine for the days of geocities sites with janky user created tiled gifs and it has it's place in history but what I really miss is the just top notch flash experiences like sofake, happy pencil, 2advanced, etc.

I've always been one to use a lot of smaller programs for things I need like video recording or windows customization, but lately with everyone using AI to code I'm afraid to download anything even if I've trusted them before.
You just have no idea what they are copy/pasting into their code now.
