This past weekend, SNOLAB took part in the annual Anderson Farm Fall Fair. We shared our science with hundreds of members of the community who were curious about the science happening under their feet! Thank you to the Anderson Farm Museum Heritage Society for organizing and hosting this event.

#DYK: To get to the underground laboratory, we must walk through about 1.5 kilometers in Vale's Creighton Mine. This horizontal tunnel in the mine is called the drift!

Exciting news from SURF! A rare particle interaction that could be interpreted as a signal from a potential dark matter candidate in the LUX-ZEPLIN (LZ) experiment. This is a very tantalizing result that helps lead the way for future xenon experiments.
