This is easily answered. Bomb disposal experts are those that get to attempt it twice.
Can I go slightly off-topic? Why are bomb disposal operatives always described as bomb disposal EXPERTS? I mean, is there a lower level of personnel called bomb disposal CLOWNS? Or bomb disposal NOT VERY GOOD STAFF? Do they use these when it doesn't matter if there's an explosion and people die?

Happy Bi Visibility Day to all my Bis especially people my age who grew up with systemic homophobia & biphobia and buried all those Other Feelings because it was the path of least resistance and are only just unpicking that & worry that it doesn't count now bc it's not enough & you're too old anyway
