I like nerdy stuff, cult TV and films, books with a sense of fun, and nature. You might find me writing, gardening, out for a walk or bike ride, foraging or brewing, or just watching Star Trek.

Probably Orm and Cheep, but it was the early 80s so could have been anything, nightmare TV golden years.
Honourable mention for The Care Bears Movie, went much harder than needed with the evil magic book stuff.

I was certain I had seen the MST3K episode of Warrior of the Lost World but caught the YouTube livestream in progress yesterday and didn't recognise a frame of it. Donald Pleasance and Persis Khambatta (et al)? Got to make a point of watching it through properly.

Science fiction authors designing aliens need to aspire to at least the level of weirdness of a real bucket orchid.

Barenaked Ladies fans - I'm working on re-compiling my digital library of pre-Gordon tape/demo tracks as some storage got corrupted. I always thought the Gordon tracks were rerecorded for the album but getting confused by info online. I'll just try to avoid duplication.
Any advice?

A day late, but I just saw this. Always great in everything.
I'm always reminded of the first thing I saw Indira in, she was a late night horror movie host on Sci-Fi Channel UK. Sci-Fright was on back around the turn of the millennium and showed double bills of sci-fi horror movies.

Niche/cosmetic additions I'd like to see in Star Trek Strange New Worlds season 5 (I know they've already wrapped but still...):
Bruce Campbell cameo as Dr Piper doing a shift change.
Use of TOS pilot uniforms while life support is running cold.
Photo of Nichelle Nichols as Uhura's grandmother.

Trying to explain who Matt Frewer is to the missus because he was partnered with Bobcat Goldthwait in Hercules, without saying Max Headroom. Got there with Honey I Shrunk the Kids but Supernatural would've worked.

How, why, how does an internationally shipped package make it to London, into the hands of Evri to be misrouted and not rerouted? Is the address no longer on it? Can they only go in one direction? Where's it gone and can't I collect it from there?
