It has been 118 years since the Supreme Court ruled the federal government owes tribes water, but Native American communities in northern Arizona are still fighting for their rights to the Colorado River.

Native American Tribes Came Together to Secure Their Rights to Colorado River Water. Four States Are Stalling the Deal.
Colorado, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming are resisting the deal because it would allow the Navajo and Hopi to lease water to cities downstream, likely the growing towns around Phoenix.

After Roe, blue state laws have continued to enable tens of thousands of abortions every year across state lines since 2022. This suit calls that effort “one of the most serious interstate aggressions in our Nation’s history.”
Shield laws are working. Now red states want the Supreme Court to end them.

New from me: What do Never Trump Republicans want and are they experts at defeating the GOP they helped create?

We don't have to speculate. They've already said it - they want neocons to take over the Democratic Party & they don't want blame when Democrats adopt their agenda & then lose.
It’s Not A Bulwark. It’s A Plot.
The former GOP operatives behind The Bulwark helped sell Democrats a losing strategy. Now they’re positioning themselves to shape the party’s 2028 nominee.
