Ugh, I wish I tolerated THC better. I’ve been taking a low dose (5mg) THC/CBD gummy as needed to help me sleep the past 2 months. It’s been less effective the last few weeks so I decided to try two last night to see if that helped. Ended up very altered and nauseous all night. Not pleasant.

Work and the 26-27 COVID vaccine are really conspiring to make today miserable. I love arguing with people who don’t listen about a “bug” that is a content problem while shivering from a 100f fever and no sleep.

My final thought for the night:
In 2019 I spent a week at BYU co-leading discussions on how to better support queer students. It was exhausting & bewildering & now a blur, but something one student said hit like a ton of bricks, when asked why they chose to come to a hostile environment for school:

It’s a little thing, but it makes me sad that JL Darling discontinued my favorite field notebook (Rite-In-The-Rain 373-M, 3.25x5 side spiral). I had a system with a Zebra TS-3 pencil that fit perfectly in a shirt pocket; the top spiral notebooks won’t work for it. Sic transit etc.
