My favorite weekly sports round-up, coming with particular recommendation for those of you in Minnesota.
I can't recall a time when sports has done so much to bring out the worst among us. Violence against women mocked, delusional parents, grifters using sports to beg for media attention. I shared my anger and annoyance in this week's Sports Take before getting to the stuff I'm happier to share.

Consumer Reports tested 13 e-scooters to rate and review. But because of the frequency of injuries being reported - including injuries sustained by the CR testers themselves in this process - CR is not recommending ANY. www.consumerreports.org/cars/electri...

CR doesn't recommend e-scooters because of their high speeds and rising injury rates. Two of CR's testers sustained injuries while evaluating e-scooters, too.

I know this is very niche politics/government of me, but if I see one more 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence poster with the phrase “We the people” on it, I’m going to find the designer and lecture them. That’s the opening line of the Constitution -13 years younger.
