You can come drive our hybrid Tucson if you want? We really like it. I don't know if it qualifies as 'compact' but here's the deal: We have a tiny garage and are known to shop for vehicle by dimensions. :) Good storage, great fold-down seats, decent app (and I hate apps).

I tried enamel; the non-stick wore off too quickly for me. I tried stainless; didn't love the washing. We bought copper a few years ago and they've held up perfectly and are dishwasher safe.
