Best description I can make of Bluesky is that it is a Twitter analog divided nigh evenly between joyless people that cannot take anything without dreadfully grave seriousness, and people who are incapable of taking anything seriously.

This is a completely fair take. Even when we don't actively try to, just passively accepting the privilege is complicity.
That, in and of itself isn't the sin. The sin is refusing to extend that privilege to others and perpetuating the systems of oppression.

This and I think we're seeing the realization that a lot of rules of etiquette are just the hangups of people with power and privilege who insist the world cater to their peculiarities.
the conversation over Iced Coffee isn't about iced coffee it's about the social contract breaking down younger ppl have seen that employers are not upholding their end of the bargain (stable career) so they're not bothering to uphold theirs (playing the stupid corporate social games)

Certainly seems like the Ocarina of Time re-release is a pretty faithful 1-to-1 remaster of the original. That's not necessarily a "bad" decision, but definitely a "safe" one.
I personally would have liked to have seen something more ambitious, but ya know... whatcha gonna do?

On one hand, I get why "the establishment failed so mightily that people on the fence started siding with fascists" is a siren's song for the left.
It tells them what they want to hear; that there is a stable majority of the population out there somewhere, they just need to hear the right message.
