One of the biggest issues I had being responsible for building internal LLM-power processes/tools/applications is that when they "go rouge", it will be my fault and not the provider.

My executives aren't going to accept "the order management agent went rouge". I built it, I'm in charge of it.

Shane Gillis is a perfect example of "Don't trust the persona".

He has this "aw shucks, I'm just a fat dumbass, regular guy" persona.

He's not an idiot: he's a highly successful comic. The people he closely associates with—Joe Rogan, Theo Vonn, Kill Tony guy—all helped Trump in '24.

This is one potential future I've been worried was going to happen and I think the capabilities are basically there to do it at scale.

It's the logical evolution of email personalizion > website personalizion > everything digital personalizion
I genuinely mean this. I cannot imagine a more bleak dystopian notion than the idea of all art being turned into slop designed to coddle my exact perceived intentions.

The point of literature, film, music, and art is to be exposed to the interior lives of others. Who are these people.
maybe i'm old fashion but the coolest thing about video games is being taken to new worlds that i hadn't thought up and experiencing something exciting that the artists behind the game want to show me

Digger review:

What if Birdman was made with $180 million and didn't have a single enjoyable minute?

Focusing on foundational system behavior rather than specific agent/model frameworks. Teaching how inputs introduce bias and shape non-deterministic outputs is relevant across model generations.

This is relevant for how you craft and input and how the LLM provider does on their end
ok one thing that has been bothering me but is hard to talk about because people pigeon hole you into one side or the other is: what exactly is the curriculum change you can make with agents that will not be absolutely obsolete within that same semester?
