So I've never had @steakumm.bsky.social before because I don't eat beef and they've only sold beef products, but I saw they now sell chicken. I've wanted to try because of their social media presence and honestly it wasn't bad. I expecting it to be dry & freezer burned but it was surprisingly moist

Unfortunate pro tip, when someone dies, delete their contact info from your phone. Yes it's sad, but more sad is getting notifications that they've joined a new app from your contacts because the carriers have reallocated their number.

Major props to the Maryland Renn fest folks who have made the ticketing process so much better this year. Got my tickets in under an hour and there was no fuzziness with the site not loading successfully like in the past couple years.

As a massive MTG and star trek fan it is unsurprising but dismaying to see all the people bashing the new set - I am not a final fantasy fan I bought exactly zero of the cards and the entire thing was a miss/skip for me. But I stfu and let people enjoy things and I'm sad that isn't reciprocated here

As a massive MTG and star trek fan it is unsurprising but dismaying to see all the people bashing the new set - I am not a final fantasy fan I bought exactly zero of the cards and the entire thing was a miss/skip for me. But I stfu and let people enjoy things and I'm sad that isn't reciprocated here

After going down the modelland rabbit hole I'm of the opinion that this kind of art is going to become popular in the age of AI because it's so esoteric and traditionally "bad" there's no way AI could come up with it so we'll praise it for authenticity.

Today I am grateful for gay because when my refrigerator broke I had two other places in my building I could easily take all my food to at a moments notice. Hopefully maintenance fixes it soon.
