Outlining my little novel/la that is Event Horizon x The Thing and involves a team of cybersecurity consultants fighting a rogue AI, and each other, in a datacenter built into an old missile silo. It's literally the day I start working on the thing.

As someone who was a college athlete, and then got really heavy as I got older, and then got back into shape:
Calories control your weight
What you eat controls your composition
Run for cardiovascular health
Lift to not be frail in old age
Lots of curls so your significant other ogles you

Yeah, that was dope. A study in less is more. Not as good as Exit 8, but somewhere around Backrooms, as far as liminal horror goes.
I’m only like 20 minutes into IT ENDS, but I can already tell this is going to be a love it or hate it movie. Kind of like UNDERTONE (which I adore). Will report back in a little over an hour.
