I love when I nail a map so well the publishing company wants to do more with it than just put it in the book.

PRO TIP: KEEP ALL INFO. Recently I saw a post about a novel I did the map for, being published as a deluxe Spanish edition, which included a fabric version of my map. I didn't remember this map being requested as a relicense for the novel. /1

I love this map. It’s from the book Dog Wizard, by Barbara Hambly. It’s a favorite of mine. I love the map because of the simplicity of the drawings, which helps make a complex structure clear and easy to understand.
One day I’ll do a map like this. Even if it’s for myself.

It’s great to have so much work lined up.
Also this is how I keep on track. Just make a list of when things are do. But evaluate which can be done the fastest.

The old person inside of me, is over all the alphabet codes for everyday things. Just say the words, in most cases it's the same amount of syllables and time. And in some cases, more of them. I don't want to ask you what does GKSJVE or LGGHDJSKJGIUEND means.

Watched the End of Oak Street. And really, really enjoyed it. Great Dinosaur movie, great acting, and lots of fun. With a total Shocking Moment that really hit me so hard.
It's set in Metro Detroit, where I grew up. But it was clearly NOT even close to what Detroit looked like in the 80s.
