This year, when the budget came before the Board, Joel Young contributed nothing. When the reliability report came, Young said nothing. He never brings any agenda items. When asked six years ago whether serving on the Board was worth it, he cited only the travel stipend.

Despite the mayor's big announcement yesterday, I'm not sure New York can achieve Vision Zero when the police commissioner allows sidewalk parking and won't punish cops who brutalize citizens for trying to get them to stop.

I think since my clipper card got forcibly upgraded to clipper 2, my transit pretax orders have been going to a black hole. Impossible to actually verify bc my ride/order history is both nonsensical and inconsistent between watch, app, and site.
