Joel Young is also just a failure. He got his AC Transit seat by appointment in 2009 after working for Senator Loni Hancock's campaign. Often ACT Board is used as a waystation to higher office, and in this pattern he ran for an open Assemblys seat in 2012... but came in third.

Also shameful that four AC Transit board members are carrying water for him in a statement backing up his bullshit.
