It'll be real neat if the BSky devs could slop up a way to automatically detect & label AI images.
I mean that might create some sort of tension between their slop & the poster's slop, but I'd appreciate it so people would stop reposting slop with 5k likes into my timeline.

When I lived in the Netherlands my effective tax rate was 47%. When I moved back to the UK that dropped to 42%.
On the flip side my local council taxes in the Netherlands were a fraction of what I pay for just Band B council tax in the UK. Yet local services were significantly better!

Lots of weird quotes to this that seem to think that France is starting WW3 while giving Russia a pass despite Russia already being engaged.
A French military source told Le Monde that France is already carrying out undisclosed conventional military responses to Russian hybrid attacks. Asked whether Paris could retaliate militarily without making it public, the source replied: “That is already happening.”

It’s very simple and it’s been said over and over but I guess it needs saying continuously: if you deem one group too small to have equal rights you are enabling fascism, not fighting it. The people saying Dems are GREAT on trans rights are not paying attention and/or saying stuff like this.

Oh. Oh no. No no no. The countryside (and especially, farms) are awful places. It sometimes *looks* pretty but it's an industrial landscape, you just don't recognise it!
My main view on the countryside is that if it's so nice and lovely why do the majority of human beings live in cities
