There are so many stupid, clueless people in the media. I am sick and tired of hearing radio djs here in the UK say how wonderful our weather is. Guy on Radio Solent was just saying how wonderful it is that everyone will have a tan, about all the "smiling faces, looking at the blue skies". Clueless.

Today I learned that baby cranes are called "colts" because their legs are so long and they can run around like idiots shortly after hatching. This is delightful, I enjoy knowing this.
