Turns out, "overall size" is not a great way to distinguish church types. Churches transition at different sizes for different features, in different places. And in fact some practices fit better when looking at ASA and plate and pledge together (such as, surprise surprise, staffing!) 🕯️

Yesterday I decided to get my kid a Kinder Surprise egg even though it's an expensive treat for us. We were buying just the egg and at check out a friendly older dude in front of us saw it and asked if he could pay for it. It was such a small gesture but honestly made my day 😌✨
