Last night was a great night for card games. First I attended the Gundam Card Game #GCG ST11-14 release event. Then I played some #SWU Twin Suns, before teaching my friends how to play #WoWTCG. Then we finished up with a couple games of #MTG Commander! Yes, I am a card game slut.

Snagged a beta box after the prerelease at my LGS. Really hoping the retail release next month has better prices… #CyberpunkTCG

Thrawn has been having some rough weeks but managed to pull out a third place for the ASH store showdown, so that’s nice! (And yes, that guy’s name is hogthicc) #SWU

Well 2 ARs, a bunch of Quantum Rares (a full set of Luna) and pretty much a playset of commons and uncommons so I think I’m good 😅 #NeuroscapeTCG

Tried the demo decks and I can officially say #Neruroscape is wild because it already feels like a perfect adaption of Cyberpunk 2077, which means the inevitable Cyberpunk TCG vs Neuroscape arguments are going to be nuts. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Honestly very nervous about collector boosters in #Lorcana. The game has been increasingly a target for pokébros and adding more chase cards is only going to make that worse. I don’t think they’ll alleviate product scarcity either, only increase it :/

Please send me good vibes/prayers/light/etc. I’m going to need it today.

Working at a LGS is kinda wild cause the things you see when you’re behind the counter all day is a completely different picture from being just a regular. Right now there’s a ton of Pokébros who can’t get product that are resorting to scalping #Lorcana now.

I’m going to do completely fair, normal things with this.

Saw a disgusting sticker that might not make full sense to anyone outside El Paso, but I will explain. The sticker in question was on the rear window of a truck, with a tattered American flag fading into the silhouette of an assault rifle with “El Paso Strong” beneath.

Not going to retweet that article but the worst movie I think I’ve ever seen in theaters was the Elektra solo movie with Jennifer Garner. WOW that movie was awful.

The new Ghost in the Shell was very impressive in many ways but also a shock to the system being so familiar with the previous iterations. It seems very…Looney Tunes-ish? Going to have to try really hard to forget any expectations I might have!
