Guy I worked with on WoWTCG always boiled the competitive gamer mentality problem down to "I should always be able to beat people worse than me, and I should have a chance at beating people better than me"
it's very funny how players demand that they be put into a lobby with lots of players worse than them, instead of being a player put into a lobby with a player better than them, not realizing the obvious mathematical impossibility of this situation

Last night was a great night for card games. First I attended the Gundam Card Game #GCG ST11-14 release event. Then I played some #SWU Twin Suns, before teaching my friends how to play #WoWTCG. Then we finished up with a couple games of #MTG Commander! Yes, I am a card game slut.
