I went to Lafayette’s CrossWaterCreek Outfitters today. It was refreshing to see a highly organized selection of flies of all patterns & I was able to get some on my want list. Pat & Dakota were super friendly & knowledgeable. I will make many return trips here. crosswatercreek.com #flyfishing

My first fly rod from Tsuruya Fly Shop in Kuramae (a suburb of Tokyo). A Euflex Infante 7’6” #3 & a beautiful hand made fly box. Tsuruya Fly Shop is incredible. The owner & his associate are very helpful & speak a decent amount of English. They gave me a few tips for fly fishing in & around Tokyo.
