Is it worth getting a formal diagnosis? I saw a pain doctor today for migraines and I described my chronic pain.
She asked if I knew about fibromyalgia. I’m going back for an evaluation but she had some cautionary things to say about having that permanent diagnosis.

My poor Sox keep looking for his brother Casper.
I did show him Casper the early morning of him going to the vent to be dropped off for cremation.
I know I haven't been properly sanitizing after cleaning. Im just still so numb with Capser gone.
