You read that right. We propose a 20 team College Football Playoff. We believe every FBS school should have an equal chance to compete in the CFP, so win your conference and you're in! Just like every other NCAA FB level. The additional 10 at-large bids should be enough to include all worthy teams.

BREAKING: The MAC has reversed its position and is fighting the Big Ten's extra 1 second for Michigan.

Looks like they got it mostly right in the new AP #NCAAFB poll. Oregon drops to No. 6. Michigan completely out of the poll. Louisville remains at No. 24 despite the loss to Ole Miss. Not sure I believe Missouri deserved to move up based on its win against weak opposition.

So, how would a 20 team #CFP be filled? 10 conference champs and 10 at-large teams. Start with the B1G and SEC getting three at-large bids each. That leaves 4 bids. Possibly Notre Dame and the runner-up in both the ACC and Big 12. Or, a fourth at-large bid to the SEC or B1G to complete it.

So how would a 20 team #CFP work? 10 conference champs + 10 at-large teams seeded 1-20. First round is 20 vs. 13, 19 vs. 14, 18 vs. 15 and 17 vs. 16 on the higher seed's field. You could expect the G6 champs to be seeded here along with the two lowest seeded at-large teams.
