Train yourself out of overusing Ctrl+Z in your digital drawings by practicing in a sketchbook where you can only use pen. When you have to live with the lines you put down, those lines become stronger and more interesting.
Hey artists, let's share some helpful things in the community :)
🎨 What's one tip or trick you would give a new artist in your chosen medium? (Or just in general!)

Anti-porn, anti-sex worker, and anti-sex censorship directly corresponds to a tilt downward into a more ideologically conservative and oppressive society. Regardless of your personal comfort with nsfw content on the internet, it's absolutely critical to support it right now.
If you have nsfw set to "hide" I implore you to set it to "warn". You still won't see anything except for a blurred post
Otherwise once they roll out account-wide adult content labeling a whole lot of people including me are going to disappear from your timelines, even our sfw text posts

Now is the time to make your thing.
Stop motion with LEGO, webcomic, walking sim game, weird Halloween costume, backyard water feature, container garden.
This is your sign. Make your thing. Stop waiting. Do it.

Really tired of all the queer people, artists, and sexy stuff makers making places cool, hip, fun and -viable- as platforms, only for those same platforms to try and dump them once it is actually viable...

Pride month is nearing. This means weekly streams ending with a large pride party! Similar to last year I'll likely do a long noon to midnight stream with games and hopefully guest artists. Just gotta figure out details including discounts.

fun.
So, drawing with my shoulder, which is what i do on paper, makes for a less accurate drawing on a tablet. At least on this app.
Slower and drawing with my wrist made for a more accurate, if a lil wiggly, circle.

Updates!
#1: I am happy to say I have FINALLY made a commissions/ info page that can be accessed off of FA. I've been meaning to make one for a while now. A general commission sheet should also be made at some point.
All is linked through my carrd page in my profile.

I have a question for everyone who partakes in porn or erotica. This is a general question and not about my work. I am hosting a related con panel focused on what makes erotic art appealing, so am curious what other's thoughts are compared to my own.
The question: What makes art sexy to you?

H.R. 7661 is a national book banning bill which seeks to remove any book that "involves gender dysphoria or transgenderism" from all public schools in the US. This would ban all my books, & any other book with trans themes, from public schools. PLEASE call your House Reps & say: NO ON H.R. 7661!

People where I live have permanent signs that say "save our forests" that have been there since I was a kid. Oregon is beautiful but has been plagued with fire because of constant clear cutting. Please don't let it happen in our old growth forests.
Look at this map. Anything green is on the chopping block.
This would be a fundamental and irrevocable change to the entire natural ecology of the this state.
Devastating.

NOW is the time to make calls to your reps about KOSA, SCREEN act, section 230 and more
Call your legislators. Speak to office aides. Leave messages. Do so every day. Be loud and annoying. Get family and friends to join in.
