Don't worry, that's not an astronaut lost in space, it's just an empty spacesuit. The suit was a decommissioned Russian spacesuit. It was dubbed Suitsat-1 and was pushed into orbit by the crew of the ISS in 2006. The suit orbited Earth for a few months before burning up in reentry.
