same site also requires (at least!) $20 to join, uses likely-generative-AI art on their 404 page, and has a vague definition of what they define as obscene or pornographic in their ToS which could imply that certain things like trans people existing is against the rules.

yeah, let's ignore this.
section of their website which mentions that in order to join you need $20, and $40 if you want to "fight". their 404 page which includes likely generative AI art of a whale being lifted out of the ocean by a bunch of blue birds. got this when I tried going to their community guidelines page which is not even linked on their website lol - it's just text you select. a section of twitter.now's terms of service, part 7 specifically. "7. General Prohibitions and Bluebird's Enforcement Rights. You agree to abide by Bluebird's guidelines and policies that Bluebird provides from time to time. In addition, you agree not to do any of the following: a. Post, upload, publish, submit or transmit any User Content that: (i) infringes, misappropriates or violates a third party's Intellectual Property Rights, or rights of publicity or privacy; (ii) violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil liability or concerns by certain regulatory agencies; (iii) is fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive; (iv) is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive; (v) promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group; (vi) is violent or threatening or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any person or entity; or (vii) promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances;" I've highlighted part IV of that paragraph because it doesn't give examples on what is defined to be obscene and/or pornographic. they could mean anything from a trans person existing to porn, but they don't give examples so it's up to interpretation.
