She denied Nazi crimes against trans people. That's a fact. Whether this counts as Holocaust denial depends on how you define it (and I've seen historians define it differently); but this is most certainly not any kind of libellous statement if you adopt the broader (quite commonplace) definition.
This is factually true but you can't criticize JK Rowling in the UK without having ruinous lawfare threatened against you.
