Combining chemical biology, genetic, and computational approaches in cell and mouse models to elucidate mechanistic insights into disease pathogenesis.
🌎 Our Dr. Priyanka Sinha spoke about nasal brushing & the olfactory system as an early window into brain health during a talk at the Museum of Science. Unlike CSF collection/brain biopsies, nasal brushing is rapid, repeatable, and well-tolerated, enabling accessible longitudinal patient monitoring.

Our CHIL 2025 paper reveals that data quality in the MGB EHR is elevated for patients with an MGB PCP. Through a sensitivity analysis on the use of a PCP variable in a study on the impact of antidiabetic drugs on dementia, we demonstrate the importance of considering PCP status in pragmatic trials.
