On May 2, Leonardo Garcia Venegas, a Florida-born US citizen, was detained by ICE in Alabama for the third time (!) in the span of a year. And he's suing the federal government.
ICE keeps detaining the same US citizen again, and again, and again. He’s fighting back.

I renewed my TSA PreCheck online. Then they made the mistake of asking if I had any feedback. Um
My "feedback" on TSA Precheck: So the entire idea of TSA and TSA Precheck is problematic. The concept is that this department keeps travelers safer by more thoroughly checking bags. And yet people can skirt some of this scrutiny just by paying more, or basically bribing the department. So is TSA making us safer or not? The implication is that having more money makes someone a safer bet. Considering that billionaires are actively destroying the US via unchecked greed and cowardice and privilege, and that this destruction is harming the entire word, it's wildly untrue that having more money makes anyone less dangerous. It's backwards. And yet, I have enough money to buy this service so I'm gonna
