I started at 318lbs, I used ozempic to drop the first 78 pounds and then hit a plateau at 240. I haven’t taken glp-1s regularly in almost a year, but was able to maintain 240. But with this new plan I can finally see the path to continue losing weight down to 200, which is my new goal. ONWARD!

Agreed. I honestly feel for the folx and critters who didn’t get to experience the fandom from 2010-2019.

This year has kinda came with a heck ton of self-reflection. Most of the time I keep offline and to myself, but it’s occasionally good to speak it out loud.

Being said - I still care a lot for my furry friends. Like a lot, a lot. I still love giving back to the furry community since that was a big part of my early adulthood and had a major impact on who I am today. It’s just a label imo. Doesn’t change much. I was puppy 10 yrs ago, I still puppy today.

I’m not trying to be sober, I’m just trying to do risk mitigation to ensure I’m safe during surgery and minimize potiential complications with healing. I’m still waiting for the surgeons office to process my paperwork so I can have my consultation. The waiting is the hard part. I’m starting early.

We have fiberglass repair work needing to be done from ice damage last winter season too. Out Bimini was destroyed in a microburst last month - we have the fabric to make a new one. Living on a yacht requires a lot of sweat equity, we’ve been putting a lot of this off this summer. Time to catch up.

Lots of boating projects on the list! We need to do some engine maintenance, fix up our tanks with diesel for heating this winter, finish installing our new water maker for this season. Twitchy wants to find an incinerator toilet to prevent us from having to do any sort of pump outs this winter.

Also - holy fuck American Dream is NOT sensory friendly. My watch was screaming at me regarding decibile warnings and I wish I brought my ear plugs.
