Due to the fact that I have not been able to monitor and manage my blood glucose levels for 643 days, I now have chronic kidney disease and that might end up making it impossible for me to safely continue/finish transitioning medically.

Finally got a new provider, went to two different appointments, just found out they haven't even put the insulin in my care plan yet, let alone started the prior authorization process.
