There’s a non-profit group here in NC that builds the boxes and sells them; I got mine from them and this is what it looks like. People joke about how bluebirds can read the Homes for Bluebirds on the front !

I don't see this very often; it's a fluffy white fungus that grows on mushrooms. Two for #fungifriday. 🍄📷
A pair of white/beige mushrooms with orange stems; the cap of one is partially visible but the other is underneath a large white fluffy fungus cloud. Growing in brown leaf litter in an oak/beech/hickory forest. Another white fluffy fungus cloud, this one on the stem of a mushroom with a ruby red cap. This one was growing in my yard with lots of dead grass from the summer drought.

White fungus that looks like underwater coral with branches that look like tiny candelabra. Growing in brown and green leaf litter with some green grass growing nearby, in an oak/beech/hickory forest. Another coral fungus, this one brown with white tips. Growing in the same woods as the white one.
