It doesn't matter what your personal opinions are about certain types of content and whether you want to see it or not, censorship is never the answer. Lawmakers and payment processors do not care about regulations to keep anyone safe, or the regulations would look very, very different.

I have *always* been vocally against censorship, trying to inform people about all of the ways it creeps in unnoticed, and I have never been taken very seriously for it. Now suddenly people are shocked pikachu face about it when you could have just listened to us in the first place.

With this, plus the ongoing censorship here of trans bodies (even clothed!), along with disabled bodies also be treated as obscene…this is such a worrisome sign. Please fight against this however you can! This is paving the way for being banned from public spaces, and all art de-financed!

Begging other artists to start raising awareness about this recent censorship push. Don't think because you only create "SFW" content that it's not your problem. I know some of y'all have never stood up publicly and you could really learn to start or you're fucked too!

Like, the *entire time* the PayPro mess was really kicking off, we were screaming and screaming and *screaming* that this is exactly where it would lead, and it barely got *any* reception outside NSFW spaces
