Thunderbirds is a pretty good entry into the canon of "honorary Star Trek media" I reckon, alongside the likes of The Martian, Hunt for Red October and West Wing.

An organisation on a mission to help people by using advanced technology and solving problems. A small part of Trek, but a good bit.

Nobody asked, but here are my four favourite Gerry Anderson vehicles.
Stingray, the World Aquanaut Security Patrol's fastest and most up-to-date submarine. The future used to look so cool! Thunderbird 2! The SkyDiver from UFO, a show I haven't actually seen but I do have a lovely model of this ship all the same. In fact I have nice models of all these EXCEPT Thunderbird 2. ☹️ An Eagle from Space: 1999 in normal operating condition.

Enterprise-A and Kronos One, STAR TREK VI: THE UNDISCOVERED COUNTRY (1991)
The USS Enterprise-A escorts Kronos One through Federation space. ILM Visual effects Director Bill George described the changes made to the K'Tinga class studio model for its appearance as Kronos One following its appearance in 1979's STAR TREK: THE MOTION PICTURE: "The model needed to be repainted anyway, so I proposed that we make it look very distinct from those in the first film, especially since it was one of the few models we could alter to look new for this show. We did some research into military costuming, and came up with the concept that when these ships return victorious from battle, the Klingons build some sort of epaulet onto their wings or paint a new stripe on. We painted the model brown and red with gold highlights, then added golden etched brass epaulets on it, based on some of the helmet designs we'd seen. It contrasts nicely with the Enterprise, which is very smooth and monochromatic and cool, while this Klingon ship is very regal and ostentatious and warm."

I visited the Smithsonian on a family holiday around this time. Sadly I haven't been able to find my own Enterprise photos, but I remember them being quite grainy. The model was hung in a pretty dark spot, IIRC.

USS Enterprise-D, STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION (1992)
Promotional still of the USS Enterprise-D with a type-6 shuttlecraft from the latter part of STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION. Date is an approximation. Visual Effects Producer Dan Curry described the four foot Enterprise-D model as a "bulldog" compared to its more elegant six foot predecessor: "With the six-footer, most of us like the sculptural proportions a little bit better than on the four-footer. The four-footer is a bit more of a bulldog; it's stockier, whereas the six-footer really has a sleek elegance about it."

Putting my current science build on Oberon has been fun, I can just forget about switching to tactical mode entirely.

I will always love that I had this ship name and registry from the novels before it was canonised in Picard S2.

Vor'cha class attack cruiser, STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION (1990)
Klingon Vor'cha class attack cruiser. The Vor'cha class vessel was designed by Scenic Artist Rick Sternbach. First appearing in Season Four's "Reunion", the ship was intended to succeed the ubiquitous Klingon battle cruiser which had been constructed for 1979's STAR TREK: THE MOTION PICTURE: "The familiar D-7 type battle cruiser, even with its updated look from the STAR TREK feature films, was getting perhaps too familiar, and I got the chance to come up with a new ship. The original design style of the battle cruiser was never far from my mind, since it was such an iconic Matt Jefferies creation, and I was always determined to provide some kind of lineage, some continuity, some evolution that viewers could recognize in the new hardware. On top of that, keeping Starfleet and alien styles distinct and interesting was what many believe set STAR TREK apart from other sci-fi productions. "
