🏅President Zelensky awarded Junior Lieutenant Vladyslav Polskyi the title of Hero of Ukraine with the Gold Star. Polskyi had previously driven an unarmored civilian pickup into a strike zone, reached a disabled robotic evacuation platform and personally evacuated two wounded Ukrainian troops.

USS Belknap (DLG/CG26). Launched at Bath Iron Works 20 July, 1963. Lead unit of a class of ships originally envisioned at Destroyer Leaders (hence the DL), and a follow-on to the preceding Leahy (DLG/CG-16) class. These ships, unlike the Leahys, were commonly referred to as 'single-ended." 1/
