One thing I've noticed post pandemic is that there's a lot more Bad Behavior in public and also people seem more willing to escalate, such that you end up not risking calling it out because you don't want to get into a fight.
Saw two men - RP accents, early 60s - come close to blows in the cinema last night because one of them told the other to turn their phone off. Something bad and strange is happening in society.
