Well that’s the #pf2e Christmas adventure wrapped up with a bow and three pieces of Stickey tape. Santa is saved, Christmas endures and our players got magic item gifts and to spend Yule at the North Pole before resuming their adventures in 2026. Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!

I’ve had feedback from my #pf2e players that they don’t feel powerful enough at level 5. It occurs to me that this is because I’ve been putting them up against severe threats for a while. Time to gen a bunch of trivial encounters. Let’s make them feel bad-ass.

My Christmas themed #pf2e adventure continues tonight. The goal is for the players to arrive in tinsel brook, meet their contact, fight some gingerbread golems and have a sleigh ride chase scene. Knowing my players they may well achieve any one of these things.

For the first time ever, it’s a fake tree. I’m sure I’ll get used to it, it’s very high quality. I just miss the pine and resin smell.

A few weeks ago my players went to a carnival and I wanted to do a deck of many things stand. Problem is, it's super powerful and on occasion game breaking. So I fixed it. Below find the draws I used for the "Deck of Merry Things". Feel free to pilfer. These were for #PF2e but easily used for #DnD

Well my two weeks vacation time is almost up. I have used it to successfully move into my own home. I’d say I need a holiday from my holiday but I really can’t afford a holiday now. My credit card whimpers when I get it out. Still at least next month should be cheap… oh wait. Christmas. 🤪

I love you @paizo.com but could you please make your sales and order portal a little easier? Doesn’t work in chrome and is a kerfaffle on tablets. I’ve had to put in a ticket today as my digital order seems to be trying to send a physical copy too and won’t complete so I can’t download it. 😢
