Don’t you think that 2nd and 1st both good e/w pairs? I think maybe a bigger problem is connecting from first to having to go NB. 1st ends at Washington, then you are forced to go south.

I am trying to understand what you mean? You’re on 1st heading east, are you suggesting making Washington 2 way heading north after that?
