A friend of mine said they really liked how the teeth look like chainmail on this one. I can see it. I'm a little torn on how the glaze combination turned out. I'm not against it, I just feel like I could have done a little better.

Oh I have thoughts on this one. The glazes combine in a way that I either really like or really don't like. It's almost chatoyant in parts and the pictures don't do it justice. On the other, that blue around the edges was supposed to be more stable and it clearly decided to run

I may be unhappiest with how the glaze turned out on the first one, but this one takes the shit cake on functionality. When I smoothed out the carving & got rid of the burrs on this, I made it near useless for grating. It'll work, but it's really not good at it. A shame; I actually like the design

So I'm mixed on this one. I actually kind of like how it came out in the end. But it's also one of those things where I'm thinking I might have gone for aesthetics before functionality and those nooks and crannies might make getting the grated garlic or ginger or what have you a bear to remove

Truth be told, I'm actually happiest with this one. I think. The glaze combination came out really good, and although the true blue ash can sometimes end up a little spottier and more matte and rough than I like, this ended up nice and glossy around the rim

The first one I glazed of this set and the last one I got back. Not happy with how it turned out but this one seemed most likely to break in firing so I thought I'd try something wild, even though it came back kind of boring.

Well now you have. Max Miller shared a similar recipe in his Tasting History video series on YouTube; before Karo popularized the corn syrup version something like this was more common. A screenshot of the recipe I use below, less some bourbon I was trying but that never really worked for me

Prayers, of course, are for what you can't control. If one has no choice but to eat meats or grains of questionable wholesomeness, then one does what they can and prays to Kermalach that their efforts please him sufficiently to shoulder the rest. A willful child might pray regardless

The fractious and fractured state of the gods--and its concomitant lesson that "because I said so" is not justification, even with the power to enforce it--makes for heterodoxies that would verge on heresy in many other faiths.
XKCD effectively sums up every attempt to make a unified canon:

Hyrtha is associated with all the accoutrements of rule that she took when Kermalach departed to die. A stylized glyph representing all of them is used as a shorthand when she is referred to in canonical writings.

I've been making garlic grater plates lately and it's still very much something I'm working on refining, but I'm really happy with this latest one for my MIL

Gdi McEldowney. I am genuinely uncertain whether you intended Lolly to have her tongue sticking out like an overexcited retriever or you just messed up on the lipstick. Regardless. Gdi.
