This is not hyperbole. This is EXACTLY what I am seeing with younger people today. THIS is why they are willing to experiment with other economic systems. Jobs market is horrible, economic hardships w/ the outrageous costs of necessities, healthcare unattainable due to costs, forget home ownership.
If I was a young person being told that the best our economic system can ever offer me is working longer and longer hours to live with more and more roommates and eat worse and worse food, I might start getting this crazy idea that we need a new economic system.

I really, really hate it that now I have been turned into a conspiracy theorist because my government's first reaction to anything is to lie. Was the assassination attempt real? In the before times I would have had ZERO doubt. Today...I just don't know. Withholding judgment for now but suspicious.

I'm gonna say that senators and representatives posting on social media that the madness has to stop is pretty weak sauce. These are people who, unlike the rest of us, can actually DO something to stop the madness. So maybe put down your phones and get to work?

I was a Raffensperger fan. I worked the polls for many years under his leadership as GA Secretary of State. He is an engineer guided by logic & facts plus he stood up to Trump's pressure. So his first TV ad out the gate for GA Gov? Something substantive? No alarmist nonsense about trans people.
