His job is to integrate those players. It doesn't have to be pretty immediately but he's ignoring basically flaws and then coming out and saying we were fine. He's sounding like Hodgson describing us as great when we lost.

Unbeaten in 3 against dross. This is absolutely not what I (or you) should demand from a Liverpool team.

He has absolutely dropped a poor performer but he's also failing to address poor performances all over the pitch. We don't look remotely like a Liverpool team and that is 100% on him. Mo's form is a symptom rather than the cause of this malaise.

Until one of these big projects is actually delivered I just can't get on board with the optimism I'm afraid. None of the ones I've listed are anywhere near where they were meant to be by now....and we haven't even mentioned the shambles of Peel and Liverpool Waters.
