Starting a med can be scary. I don’t fault you for feeling that way. I just try to remind myself that it could really improve my quality of life, and that if it doesn’t work for me, I can stop taking it and/or try a different one. The risk is worth the reward to me.

I started a new ADHD med, and I’ve been able to just… do stuff? This post made me curious about whether my mind could be quiet, and… it can be? I’ve never experienced this in my entire life, and I don’t know what to make of it.
