Agreed, and that factoid is also a myth. Earlier this year a friend of the family lost his father. His father's dog was locked inside with the body for days before he was found.

When people point out that my dogs won't eat my corpse but my cats will, I feel compelled to reply that this is A) resourceful and intelligent B) an ecological favor that teeters on upcycling, truly, and C) I'm dead I didn't need those eyes anyway.

I have some thoughts about World of Warcraft Forever.
So it's likely that Blizzard saw the success of Turtle WoW and wanted to capitalize on it (either by revenue or numbers).
The problem is, you can't just bulldoze your way into loyalty. I'm not sure Turtle WoW players will flock back home.
