When the equalities minister says that trans people are still protected from discrimination what she means is that we have a “right” to a segregated space.

And the thing here is that to make use of the gov lie that “trans people are still protected from discrimination” means suing them, something costly and difficult and for what. They created a bind where to keep being in work this trans man has to legally demand his own segregation provision
A trans man in the UK has been banned in the workplace restrooms after he was forced to use the women's restrooms to comply with the new EHRC guidance. The women complained because he is visibly male and so they told him he can't use any bathroom.

For trans people? virtually NO diff between Labour, Reform, and Restore. Trans people are being treated as justified sacrifices so everyone else can keep living normally. Labour had MORE than LEVEL playing field and FULLY capitulated on EVERYTHING. Labour simply can't be trusted again, maybe EVER.
