After a natural disaster (don't recall what) I went to donate to MSF because I read they were sending teams.
Their website said, essentially, "For this disaster, don't donate to us, we are limited by the number of trained people, not by money. Instead, donate to X (another charity)".
Integrity.

And as for making the opening for the duvet significantly less wide than the full width of the cover... if I believed in hell I'd say there was a special place in it for whoever decided that was a good idea.

Because we generally find transitions stressful.

My favourite - an 8 yr old girl confiding in me, with that genuine authenticity that kids can have, that she was too young to be bi-sexual, and wasn’t sure if she was bi-romantic or “just bi-curious”.
We agreed that it was fine for her not to know yet and she could take her time to work it out 😃.

I go into schools here in a context where I’m known as a minister of religion; I always make a point of wearing something obviously rainbow (normally my watch).
I don’t know his many times kids have taken it as a sign that they can tell me about their struggles with gender or sexuality…

I completely agree with you, and I’m sorry if my post implied we should always include everyone. That’s not possible, and priority must always be with creating safety for those most likely to be harmed.

I’ve had to effectively exclude a few people in my life in the ministry, and it’s been for that reason. I will not be inclusive of anyone who would exclude (or harm) someone more vulnerable than themselves.

I read it differently - to be without division is to include those who are different, weird, quirky (not divided from them). To be without separation is to be united with those we might choose to separate from.
A result of which is confusion and change, which are only avoided by conformity.
