That's not a fair way to characterise marginal pricing. Why should a wind farm owner who produces electricity for free get paid less per unit than a gas plant? They're producing the exact same unit.

My building is pre 2008. I own an apartment, and obviously one share in the OMC. The OMC owns the shared spaces and the land the building is on right? Isn't that what he's describing in Sweden? He's not saying that apartment owners own their apartment blocks and are their own landlords is he?

Am I misunderstanding? This is exactly how apartment ownership works in ireland too for MUDs.
